Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager (SDM) who is fluent in both Arabic and English to lead project execution and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role bridges communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and continuous performance improvement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
  • Manage incident escalation, resolution, and reporting

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Communicate effectively with Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Translate business requirements between clients and technical teams

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, support)
  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Drive alignment between delivery teams and business goals

Process & Improvement

  • Implement best practices in project and service management
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent
  • Experience in IT services, managed services, or enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow)
