Job Summary:

We are seeking Project Manager – Solar Execution with 3–4 years of experience to lead end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. The role involves managing site execution, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage complete lifecycle of solar projects from handover to commissioning
• Prepare project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure smooth site execution as per approved designs and BOQs

Site & Team Management

• Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and installers
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve on-site technical issues
• Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and materials at site

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with design, procurement, sales, and finance teams
• Coordinate with DISCOs, net-metering authorities, and third-party inspectors
• Act as primary point of contact for clients during execution phase

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure installations comply with NEPRA, DISCO, and international standards
• Implement quality control and HSE practices at project sites
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

Cost, Schedule & Reporting

• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and cost control
• Track milestones and ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare daily/weekly execution reports for management

Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization
• Ensure completion of documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings
• Manage final handover and client sign-off

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (On-Grid, Hybrid, Off-Grid)
• Expertise in project execution and site management
• Ability to read and interpret solar drawings and SLDs
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in solar EPC project execution
• Hands-on experience with residential, commercial & industrial projects
