Project Manager - Upcoming Project

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end telecom scope for data center projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure alignment with client requirements and contract specifications

Telecom Infrastructure Management

• Oversee installation of structured cabling systems (Cat6A, fiber optics, backbone cabling)
• Manage data center network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, racks, patch panels)
• Coordinate installation of containment systems (tray, ladder, conduits)

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and IT teams for integrated delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ANSI)
• Implement QA/QC procedures for telecom installations
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning

Cost & Risk Management

• Monitor project budget, cost control, and variations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage procurement of telecom materials and equipment

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety standards
• Promote a safety-first culture across all project activities

Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and records
