Project Manager - Villa Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of building construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work packages and materials.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Enforce strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements across all project activities.
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring alignment among all project participants.
• Manage project variations, claims, and contract administration in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Ensure timely commissioning, snag rectification, and handover of completed projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in building construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other international contract frameworks.
• GCC experience and authority approval knowledge preferred.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
