Project Manager with BA experience – Wholesale (Enablement)

Project manage the delivery of Wholesale Banking enablement programs and projects that strengthen operating models, simplify processes, and improve execution across Front Office, Operations, and Risk.

The role blends structured delivery discipline, hands‑on analysis, and deep business understanding to remove friction and enable performance

Program & Project Management Skills:1. Program / Project manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple revenue‑related initiatives across Wholesale Banking.

2. Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

3. Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery trade‑offs.

4 Drive execution in ambiguous environments and keep momentum without waiting for direction.

5. Ensure business cases & benefits realization are created, tracked, and delivered, not assumed.

Business Analyst Skills:

1. Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

2. Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) alinging to revenue outcomes.

3. Analyze front‑office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.

4. Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

5. Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.

Business & Domain Exposure:

1. Experience in delivering proven Sales coverage models, expanding internationally in Asian markets, and has experience in delivering Fund Transfer Pricing projects

2. Apply understanding of client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics.

3. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.

Experience & Profile:

1. 8+ years banking and transformation experience, with Wholesale Banking exposure.

2. Proven experience delivering enablement or operational transformation.

3. Strong PM delivery skills plus hands‑on BA capability.

4. Practical problem solver with common sense and accountability.

5. Experience delivering enablement initiatives involving operating models, pricing, or international expansion.

Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
