Job description:

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Plan, execute, and manage all phases of civil construction projects.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Desired Skills:

  • Qualification: B.Tech Civil
  • Required Experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
