Project Manager/Coordinator (Software)

We are looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator (Software) to oversee software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while working closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
• Facilitate regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of project progress and risks.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to leadership and clients.
• Gather feedback and ensure alignment between development teams and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or coordination in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in project management tools ( Asana) optional.
• Excellent communication, Strong English Spoken, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud-based software, APIs, and DevOps practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rawalpindi
