We are currently seeking a female Senior Technical Project Manager who brings together strong technical knowledge and outstanding communication abilities. This position requires direct interaction with international clients, leading discussions on technical solutions, presenting strategies, and acting as the central liaison between clients and development teams. Fluency and confidence in spoken and written English are critical for this role.

The right candidate will have practical experience in software development along with proven expertise in managing web, mobile, and custom software projects. You should feel comfortable engaging in architecture discussions, reviewing technical implementations, contributing to system design decisions, and occasionally participating in hands-on technical collaboration when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and software development initiatives
• Lead client meetings for requirement gathering, solution discussions, demos, and progress updates
• Translate business objectives into structured technical plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with developers during challenging builds and architectural planning
• Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Ensure deliverables align with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and DevOps
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges, offering timely resolutions
• Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and consistent communication with clients
• Monitor team productivity and continuously enhance workflows and delivery standards

Technical Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical project management combined with development exposure
• Hands-on familiarity with:
• PHP & WordPress (custom themes, plugin development, WooCommerce customization)
• MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• React Native for mobile app development
• Knowledge of Python is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, deployment processes, and Git-based version control
• Experience handling app submission and publishing processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD systems
• Capable of reviewing and assessing production-level code
• Strong technical judgment and analytical thinking skills

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
