Job Purpose:
To coordinate and support project development by monitoring quality, timelines, and budget constraints—ensuring successful and sustainable project delivery.
Reports To :Head of Project

Prepare the project scope of work based on the approved concept from the Client to ensure comprehensive project requirements

Develop concept drawings in close coordination with the Client to align with their specifications and management's expectations.

Obtain departmental and client approvals for drawings, ensuring compliance with internal and external review standards.

Analyze and recommend contractors as per organization’s evaluation criteria to align with project needs.

Review project budgets and provide cost analysis advice to support budget planning and management.

Review and certify invoices for payments, secure necessary approvals, and manage accounts payable for timely and accurate payment release.

Establish communication protocols with contractors to manage tasks, changes, and completion timelines.

Organize and conduct site coordination meetings with relevant departments and external teams.

Review team deliverables before submitting to the end-user to ensure quality and compliance.

Track and report weekly on project time and expenses for effective monitoring.

Monitor and forecast contract deviations affecting time and cost, and report these to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain project documents, ensuring they are current, complete, and appropriately stored.

Execute other tasks as assigned by the Head of Project to support operational needs.

Prepare weekly progress reports to communicate project status effectively.

Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related incident reports within the company.

Serve as the primary liaison with the insurance company, ensuring timely submission of incident-related reports.

Coordinate with the insurance company to ensure thorough registration and tracking of claims.

Provide necessary incident documentation, including reports and quotations, for insurance claim processing.

Collaborate with experts for complex claims, engaging in negotiations and follow-ups to ensure proper resolution.

Secure settlement approvals from the Director and obtain final credit notes from the insurance company for claims.

Maintain comprehensive records of all claims for effective tracking and future reference.
