Position Overview
We are seeking a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and well-presented individual to join our team as a Project & Operations Coordinator. This role requires managing end-to-end coordination across software development projects, production operations, vendor management, and export-focused client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong discipline, a service-oriented mindset, and an ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate ongoing projects across software development and production units.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are executed within agreed parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to maintain smooth project flow.
Production & Material Oversight
- Monitor production operations, verifying stock levels, material precision, and quality standards.
- Conduct checks on small details that impact production accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production team to align daily operations with client/export requirements.
Vendor & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputable vendors and export customers.
- Ensure clear communication and professional handling of inquiries, negotiations, and problem-solving.
- Support logistics and export-related documentation when required.
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for two business partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to aid decision-making.
- Serve as a point of coordination between management, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preference for candidates from the hospitality industry (hotels, airlines, event management, cruise lines, luxury services) — as they are well-trained in presentation, reporting, precision, and task execution.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in export-oriented environments with international clients.
