Project / Operations Coordinator (FEMALE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project / Operations Coordinator to join our landscape contracting team IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project execution, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and site teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience in the UAE landscape industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support in preparing project documentation, reports, quotations, and progress updates.
• Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory management.
• Follow up on site progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager/Operations Head.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
• Support the management team in budgeting, cost control, and invoice follow-ups.
• Handle coordination between office and site teams for manpower deployment and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in the UAE landscaping or construction sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of UAE market practices, suppliers, and regulations is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
