We are looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated Project Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day office and project activities. This role is also ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn, organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and project coordination tasks efficiently.
The selected candidate will assist in project operation activities, office administration activities , preparation of quotations and invoices, document preparation and submissions, coordination with suppliers/clients, and general operational support to ensure smooth business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Project and office administrative activities.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase requests, and other project documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records (physical and electronic).
- Coordinate document submissions to clients, vendors, and authorities.
- Support operational activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Handle office correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Autocad and engineering drawings.
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in AutoCad, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of quotations, invoicing, and project documentation is an advantage.
