Our client , a leading façade engineering company in the UAE, is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Planner to join their Dubai-based project team. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of complex façade works by ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring across high-profile projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Track project milestones and monitor progress against baseline schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to update and align work plans.
• Identify delays, critical path deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Generate regular progress reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning, sequencing of façade installation, and look-ahead programs.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of planning experience, specifically within façade , aluminium , or glazing systems .
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project .
• Familiarity with façade construction sequencing, site installation, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
