Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer

Job Description

Lasifa International is hiring a Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer for a reputable organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 1–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for construction or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning & progress reports
• Support project managers in planning and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in project planning & scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Good understanding of construction or industrial project workflows
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Valid passport and medically fit for overseas employment
