Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion by cordination with Eng Team.
- Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
Production Management
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams.
- Implement production schedules and adjust plans based on project priorities.
- Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide production supervisors, technicians, and project teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a positive, productive, and safety‑focused work environment.
Quality & Process Improvement
- Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Work with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
