Projects Sales Manager- Tiles & Sanitary Ware Dept. Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the tiles, sanitaryware, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record in handling sales, particularly with large-scale projects and long sales cycles.
  • Experience in project management or coordinating multiple teams for project execution.
  • Familiar with Abu Dhabi Market
  • To present proven record from a reputable organization
  • Managing sales and sales targets
  • Supervise and monitor the sales staff
  • Arabic Speaker is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms for large-scale projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tiles, sanitaryware, and their applications in construction.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present and communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions to ensure project success.
