Project Sales Manager

One of our clients is looking for a Project Sales Manager with experience in waterproofing or roofing products portfolio.

• Drive sales growth by managing and expanding the client base within an assigned territory, developing sales strategies, and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
• Cultivate key relationships with architects, designers, engineers, and other industry professionals to ensure product specification.
• Manage the entire sales cycle , from prospecting and product demos to preparing and negotiating quotations, closing deals, and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with internal teams.
• Act as the primary customer liaison to resolve complaints, investigate issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Oversee account receivables by following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with the finance department to facilitate smooth transactions.
