Project Sales – Site Engineer

The Project Sales – Site Engineer is responsible for managing project-based sales activities while coordinating site execution, technical compliance, and client requirements. The role bridges commercial sales and on-site engineering, ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and in accordance with approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

*Sales & Project Coordination*

* Manage project-based sales from enquiry to final handover.

* Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and material proposals.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to secure approvals and confirmations.

* Follow up on approvals, variations, and payment milestones.

*Site Engineering & Execution*

* Conduct site surveys and verify site conditions prior to fabrication and installation.

* Prepare and review shop drawings, layouts, and material specifications.

* Coordinate with factory/manufacturers for production schedules and technical clarifications.

* Supervise site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

*Technical & Quality Control*

* Ensure all materials and systems comply with project requirements and standards.

* Coordinate mock-ups, samples, and pre-production approvals.

* Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship during site execution.

* Handle site issues, technical challenges, and corrective actions efficiently.

*Commercial & Documentation*

* Prepare project documentation including BOQs, invoices, delivery notes,MIR, WIR and handover documents.

* Support project manager in cost control, variations, and claims.

* Maintain accurate records of project progress and correspondence.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

* Minimum *3–5 years* experience in project sales or site engineering (curtains, blinds, fit-out, façade, or interior systems preferred).

* Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site coordination.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Reading Autocad: 3 years (Required)
• Material Submittal: 3 years (Required)
• QA/QS: 3 years (Required)
