Who You Are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in APP and WEB projects
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid, and Kanban
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence)
  • Experience working with international teams and managing multiple concurrent IT projects
  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, open-minded, and a strong team player
  • Solid understanding of IT budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid, and Kanban
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence


What You’ll Do

  • Account management for customer care
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead and deliver projects under the PMO with full accountability for scope, timeline, and quality
  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of PMO processes and governance frameworks
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business units, demand managers, program managers, developers, analysts, product owners, QA, and data warehouse teams
  • Ensure adherence to waterfall-based IT governance standards throughout project execution
  • Handle escalation processes effectively and manage risks and stakeholders with a proactive approach


Nice to Have

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a strong advantage
  • In-depth understanding of budgeting and financial planning
  • Experience of customer care project management is a plus
