As a fast-growing reality, Netcom Group SpA is rapidly expanding in Turkey, and is currently looking for brilliant Engineers to join our Automotive Team and take part into new generation technologies projects.

🚗We are currently seeking a Leader Engineer for our Wire-Harness team!

📍Location: Bursa

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of wire harnesses using Lcable software.
• Selection of connectors, wire sections, and other crucial components based on established criteria.
• Collaboration with suppliers to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of wire harness production
• Verification of electrical connection data obtained from suppliers.
• Participation in the review of electrical designs on the production line.
• Contribution to ongoing efforts to improve wire harness design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation of procedures for potential fault scenarios.

✔ Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a relative role.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using electrical design software (Lcable preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (at least C1).
• Experience in guiding a team.
