Project Specialist

The applicants should have good experience in Field Development related Project Management and should have vivid experience in handling some of the following projects:

• Reservoir Management : Detailed Reservoir surveillance such as Pressure, Production logging, water cut, GOR trends / Use of EOR & IOR Projects to maximize oil production and recovery / Continuous Reservoir simulation & model updating using real production data

• Production Optimization : Enhance production with minimal CAPEX / Well placement to maximize production / Maintain Reservoir pressure by planning Injectors and reduce water cut through selection of injection fluid types / Artificial lift optimization

• Real Time monitoring of wells : SCADA / Digital oilfield systems

• Recover Bypass Oil

• Integrate with existing Infra structure : Re-use or upgrade existing facilities economically / Feasibility studies for new wells or flowlines

• Phased development & Incremental Planning : Adaptive project planning linked to field performance

• Integration of Surface, Sub-surface, Production, Facilities & HSE Teams / Optimize well surface coordinates having congestion of pipelines and wells by designing Pad wells, SIMOPS, In-fill drilling, etc.

• Analyze causes of well integrity failure and solutions

• Cost efficient process and technology for OPEX reduction

• Handle Change & Risk management : Handle uncertainties in performance, data and aging assets / continuous risk identification & mitigation (Techno-commercial) / Contingency planning for shutdowns or failures

• Any other process / technology to enhance oil production and recovery factor in Brown field development
