Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
