Project Support Engineer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Project Support Engineer

Job Purpose

To provide technical and coordination support for communication and low-current system projects, ensuring design compliance, documentation accuracy, timely procurement support, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support preparation and review of technical submittals (Data, Telecom, CCTV, Access Control).
2. Assist in design coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Electrical, Security).
3. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs.
4. Review vendor technical documents and ensure compliance with project specifications.
5. Support BOQ preparation.
6. Coordinate with procurement for technical clarifications and approvals.
7. Monitor project design documentation flow.
8. Support the site team with technical clarifications when required.
9. Assist in testing, commissioning documentation, and handover dossiers.
10. Ensure compliance with client standards and directives where applicable.

Technical Knowledge Required

1. CCTV Systems (IP-based)
2. Access Control Systems
3. Public Address / Voice Alarm Systems
4. Networking fundamentals (switches, basic IP addressing)
5. Basic understanding of communication racks and data center layouts
6. Familiarity with drawings (SLD, layout, schematics)

Qualification & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering.
2. 2–5 years of experience in communication / low current projects.
