About This Opportunity

We are looking for Project Support Officer which offers the chance to join a dynamic IT environment where you will play a key part in enforcing PMO governance, supporting project management activities, and contributing to continuous improvement within our PSO practices. You will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, ensuring robust project tracking, financial monitoring, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.

What You Will

• Enforce PMO governance and ensure compliance with project management standards.
• Maintain accurate project and user data in SuccessFactors/CloudCoach.
• Support project finance tracking including budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
• Prepare and distribute PMO documentation such as reports and dashboards.
• Manage project tracking spreadsheets and provide meeting support.
• Coordinate customer workshops and internal meetings.
• Manage stakeholder communications like newsletters and intranet updates.
• Contribute to improving PSO tools, templates, and processes.
• Create user guides and documentation to support project delivery consistency.
  
  

You will bring

• Proven expertise in project administration and governance support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Good financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other financial tools.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles and frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Preferred knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
• Core competencies including agility, strong problem-solving, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
• Relevant experience of 5-8 years in IT industry and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration or equivalent.
