Project/Estimator Engineer – Facilities Management

Hiring: Estimation Engineer
Location : Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer with experience in fit-out projects, primarily soft services, to support tendering and cost planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and soft service projects (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
-Prepare BOQs, RFQs, and tender submissions based on drawings and specifications.
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Support project budgeting, cost analysis, and value engineering.
-Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with 3-6 Year experience in fit-out estimation, preferably soft services.
-Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and estimation software.
Good analytical and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
