Projects Management Engineer

  • Develop engineering project management policies and procedures in line with best practices and internationally recognized standards in the field.
  • Prepare feasibility studies for engineering projects in collaboration with stakeholders and contribute to the preparation of related annual budgets.
  • Contribute to project planning, cost analysis, and evaluation of technical and financial alternatives to support decision-making.
  • Prepare engineering project documents, contracts, and tenders in coordination with relevant entities, ensuring alignment with project plans, approved policies and regulations, and the direct supervisor’s directives.
  • Develop project execution and management plans, including identification of financial and human resource requirements, timelines, milestones, and project deliverables specifications in accordance with the direct supervisor’s guidance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects in accordance with the approved plan and internationally recognized project management methodologies, monitor implementation phases, manage change orders, and analyze their impact on time, cost, and quality.
  • Conduct on-site supervision of construction and engineering projects (G+1) and interior fit-out works, ensure contractors’ compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, monitor deviations, and prepare and submit required reports to the direct supervisor.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure proper organization and updating in accordance with approved systems.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial entitlements of contractors and clients to ensure continuity of execution and achievement of project objectives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders from government entities and the private sector, and enhance continuous coordination and communication to ensure the success of related projects.

Qualifications


Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Master’s degree holders: Minimum 9 years of experience in engineering project management or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree holders: Minimum 11 years of experience in engineering project management or equivalent.
