We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Projects Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints are met effectively. As a Projects Manager, you will lead project teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive project success in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage project risks, resolving issues that arise to keep projects on track.

Oversee contract negotiations and procurement processes.

Collaborate with the finance team to prepare project budgets and forecasts. Validate expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
