Projects Manager

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Plan, execute, and manage fire protection projects (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and authorities.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, variations, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and NAFFCO quality procedures.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend project meetings, site inspections, and authority approvals.
• Prepare and submit project reports, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Manage testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in fire protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local authority regulations, and civil defense requirements.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in Qatar or GCC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred).
• Valid Driving license.
