FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage overall performance of the projects and project teams
- Manage all contractual and commercial issues from beginning to end of the project
- Assign the project coordinator / supervisors when job is awarded
- Close monitor of cost, time and quality of works
- Scope of work management / change management
- Planning & Organizing the work execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project in coordination with the Factory Manager & Purchasing Department
- Preparation of project execution plan / update in coordination with project in-charge & planning department
- Conduct weekly / bi-weekly meeting with the project team to review progress, identify problems area and find solution for the same in coordination with the concerned department
- Identify training needs in the project teams and coordinate with Factory Manager and ISO & HR department for arrangement of trainings.
- Making sure the invoices are submitted on time in coordination with the project team
- Follow-up invoice certification in liaison with project coordinators / supervisors
- Support the Accounts Department for payment collection after invoice submission and certification
- Proper close out of the project.
- Responsible for their workforce. Has to prepare the necessary documents (e.i. manpower requests, change of designation, etc. ) for additional / replacement manpower, promotion, performance evaluation, review job descriptions, etc. and to follow up the process accordingly
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Extensive Knowledge and experience in joinery & interior works
- Computer Literate. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook
- Good knowledge of contract administration.
- Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System Policy.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
