• Define and control project scope
• Set up a project team engaging the appropriate cross functional resources to deliver the project
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives & deliverables
• Create & manage project plans in line with key activities and agreed outcomes of the Group Stage Gate process, including
  • Design definition activities
  • R&D development activities
  • Activation tools
  • Industrialisation
  • Launch stock & ramp up management
• Define project schedules, monitor progress and report on project status
• Support, direct, and help the project team through the whole project life time by suggesting or challenging
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions
• Interact proactively with other core team members to find proper solutions on possible issues and lead implementation of corrective actions till resolution
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Manage all project documentation
• Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
