Projects Team Leader - North Coast

The Projects Team Leader for North Coast will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of development projects in the North Coast region. This role will involve coordinating between various departments and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project teams in planning, executing, and delivering multiple residential and commercial projects across the North Coast
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies in line with company objectives
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project standards and specifications are met
• Monitor and manage construction progress against project schedules, providing updates and escalating issues as necessary
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and sustainability practices are applied
• Prepare and present project reports, including risk assessments and performance metrics to upper management
• Facilitate communication between different departments, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations
• Assist in resolving conflicts and issues that arise during project execution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and construction codes specific to the North Coast area
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in residential or commercial developments
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and local regulations
• Experience in leading project teams and managing cross-functional collaborations
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in North Coast projects is a plus
