Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Promotional Products Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will drive business growth by managing client accounts, developing new opportunities, and delivering tailored promotional product solutions. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship management will help us expand our reach and strengthen our reputation as a trusted partner in promotional marketing. This job is full time only. Hours can be determined.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Identify new business opportunities via warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close sales deals efficiently
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to promote our promotional product offerings and enhance client engagement
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within marketing or technology sales environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to identify opportunities and develop strategic approaches
  • Experience in technical sales or promotional products is a plus
  • Ability to perform warm calling confidently and handle objections professionally
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to driving results and managing multiple accounts
  • The ability to work full time, 5 days a week.
