Property Accountant

• Maintain Accurate Accounting record for Property Operations, Primarily for EU Base Property
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annually financial statements in line with IFRS and EU regulatory requirement.
• Manage Accounts payable and Receivable related to property operations. Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers and property-level Financials.
• Monitor Rental Income, lease agreements, service charges, and property expenses.
• Prepare budgets. forecasts and variance analyses for property performance.
• Ensure compliance with EU tax regulations and reporting Requirements.
• Manage property tax and all the financial matter related to property in EU.
