As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated and ambitious Property Advisors to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Property Advisor, you’ll play a key role in matching clients with the right properties while delivering top-tier service. You’ll handle the end-to-end sales and rental process, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with our marketing and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct viewings, property valuations, and market research
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
• Stay updated on market trends and local property values
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of real estate experience (sales or rentals)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
