• Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• 1-3 years of experience with builders and developers or the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Self-motivated and proactive in sales activities.
