We are looking for experienced and ambitious real estate professionals to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Consultant, you’ll play a key role in advising clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals across the local market. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in their ability to sell, negotiate, and build strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively list, market, and promote properties through online and offline platforms
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, delivering high-end service and professionalism
  • Negotiate offers and close sales deals with all required legal and transactional documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive pricing, and real estate laws in the UAE
  • Maintain regular updates and reports on leads, client follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Use CRM systems effectively to manage leads, appointments, and transaction progress
  • Attend all training sessions, team meetings, and internal workshops to stay sharp and informed

Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, client advisory, or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Skilled in closing deals and handling client negotiations confidently
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage objections and resolve concerns effectively
  • Proficient in English communication, Arabic, Chinese or other European language is a plus
