Your Role: Secondary Market Property Consultant

We’re looking for talented and driven real estate professionals to join our secondary market division. You will:

• Sell or lease ready residential and commercial properties
• Work with both landlords and end users (homebuyers or tenants)
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage client expectations
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and clients
• Provide honest, market-informed advice to buyers, sellers, and renters
• Stay up to date on current listings, area trends, and legal requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's secondary property market
• Proven ability to close deals in sales or rentals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, motivated, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of RERA regulations; a valid broker card is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
