Role Overview

As a Property Consultant , you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in the ever-changing Dubai real estate market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong client relationships and offering personalized property guidance
  • Conducting property viewings and managing client inquiries
  • Negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Providing advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus
  • A valid UAE driver's license is preferred
