💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent Dubai’s most exclusive properties and off-plan projects.
• Curate bespoke property experiences for high-net-worth clients and global investors.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio through long-term relationship building.
• Conduct professional, private viewings — we don’t do cookie-cutter open houses.
• Use market data and insights to confidently negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new launches, and emerging hot spots.
• Collaborate with a high-performing, forward-thinking team that celebrates bold ideas.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, or a strong sales background.
• A polished, professional presence and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong knowledge — or a keen interest to learn — about Dubai’s real estate market.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
