We are seeking enthusiastic and driven off-plan and secondary markets Property Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate, who are eager to build a career in property consultancy. The successful candidates will assist clients in purchasing off-plan and secondary properties, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission : 50%
- Earnings Potential: The earning potential is uncapped, providing the opportunity for significant income based on performance.

- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings (where applicable) and provide clients with comprehensive information about off-plan properties, the market, and the purchasing process.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape, specifically focusing on off-plan developments.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value and investment potential.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting detailed property information, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote off-plan properties and attract potential buyers.
- Create marketing materials such as listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets..
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of the local property market, specifically off-plan properties, and current market conditions.
