Property Consultant

Position Title: Property Consultant – Real Estate Brokerage
Reports to: Sales Director / Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales and rental transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
• Promote and market properties through various channels including online portals, social media, and company marketing tools.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other property-related matters.
• Maintain an updated property database and ensure all listings are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven sales or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and procedures.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
• RERA certification (advantage, can be arranged if not yet certified).

Compensation Package:

Option 1: With Basic Salary

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month
• Commission: 50% on each closed deal

Option 2: Commission-Only

• Commission: 70% on each closed deal
• No basic salary provided

(Both packages include company support in marketing, leads (if any), and administrative assistance.)
