Role Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the property journey – from understanding their needs to helping them find the right property and closing successful deals. You will have access to industry-leading training, quality leads, and ongoing mentorship from our experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice and guidance.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, project launches, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team’s overall success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and target-driven personality.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
