This pivotal role ensures that our sales teams have timely access to accurate and well-structured lead information, enabling them to work at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Handle negotiations between buyers/sellers or landlords.
• Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
• Match client requirements with available properties accurately.
• Assist in buying, selling residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector (including off-plan, commercial)
• knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
