This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, facilitating property transactions, maintaining customer relations, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include property viewings, negotiations, documentation, and market research. The consultant will also identify client needs, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver tailored property solutions.

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver client satisfaction
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Cairo
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
