Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local property market and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire property transaction process, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct market research to identify property availability, pricing trends, and new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and facilitate agreements.
• Prepare and present property proposals and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Use CRM systems to manage client databases and document interactions accurately.
• Attend networking events and open houses to promote available properties and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE market.
• Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
