Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly polished and results-oriented Property Consultant to represent our projects across Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of the high-net-worth mindset, impeccable client handling, and a proactive sales approach grounded in discretion and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Alpago’s ultra-luxury portfolio to discerning global clientele, family offices, and UHNWIs.
• Conduct high-touch viewings and confidential private tours of our signature projects.
• Build strategic relationships with wealth advisors, international brokers, and private bankers to generate new business.
• Present tailored lifestyle-driven property proposals backed by market insights and investment value.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
• Stay informed on global luxury real estate trends and comparative trophy assets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury property sales, ideally with a developer or branded residence portfolio.
• Exceptional communication and client-handling skills with a refined and polished demeanor.
• Deep understanding of luxury buyer psychology and the Dubai ultra-prime real estate market.
• Fluent in English is essential
