Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent that can speak Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil speakers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare and present real estate offers and counteroffers
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to generate leads and close deals
• Attend networking events and property exhibitions, including international roadshows

Requirements:

• Female candidates who can speak Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil speakers
• Proven experience at least one year as a Real Estate Agent
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (or relevant market)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil speakers )
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and online marketing tools
• Strictly at least with one year experience in Real Estate.
