Job Description

Eidon Amor Properties is seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents (commission role) to join our growing team in Downtown Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and project developments.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license and car is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
