About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and licensed Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate and facilitate property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Stay up-to-date on Dubai's real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base.
• Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and your services.
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Fresh candidates in real estate industry with prior sales experience in any other industry are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in real estate brokerage will be an add on.
• Valid license from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) will also be preferred.
