Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our award-winning team. As part of one of Dubai’s most established brokerages, you’ll have access to exclusive stock, a steady flow of high-quality leads, and the opportunity to close deals across both secondary market and off-plan projects .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close successful transactions.
• Leverage the company’s extensive marketing resources to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with top developers to offer clients exclusive projects.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while upholding company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales or real estate experience (UAE real estate experience preferred).
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and car .
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
